Leadership Role - Product Development - General Insurance Team

Our client is one of the leading Indian insurance firms which is a 190+ years old legacy global insurance business, an Italy-based company, with one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers and has a presence in over 50 countries. They are looking for a candidate at leadership level for product development in General Insurance team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Product Calendar: Implementation of Product Calendar cadence basis organization priority.

- Market Scan: Scan product launches / offering within GI space, identify customer segments and deep dive into distribution models.

- Market Intelligence: Identify and collect customer, competitor, market, economic, financial, and operational data.

- Market Research: Conceptualizing and conducting market research (self & through agency) for identified products and utilizing the same for product development process.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 10 - 14 years of experience in consultancy/research sector in the areas of Insurance / Business Intelligence / Analytics. GI experience would be preferred.

- Education qualification: MBA/PG

- Background preferred from Indian Insurance and General insurance only.
