1. Manage a team of Pre Sales professionals and ensure timely submission of RFx
2. Lead Pre Sales for a relevant geography
3. Manage and Achieve domain Biz Plan along with defining strategies to achieve sales target
4. Review sales and account pipeline tracking, and ensure compliance to all bids/proposals/RFx
5. Drive growth of the unit by enriching the maturity of existing offerings and enhancing the number of offerings within the unit
6. Generate Analytics leads by working with Client facing sales and account management roles
7. Build Go To Market strategies and value proposition offering strategies in collaboration with internal business units
