Job Description :

- Client is looking for a MDM leader to operate and lead from their new Global Capability centre in Bangalore.

- The candidate will be instrumental in executing MDM activities and enterprise wide MDM Transformation.

Client Details :

- The client is a leader in Technology domain with a global presence and has a revenue of 45 Bn+ USD

Description :

- Complete ownership of the deliverable including strategy, execution and budgeting of the service line

- Adhere to business priorities and objectives in line with the defined enterprise data strategy

- Measurement, communicate and contribute in company wide data forums

- Build relation with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives

- Accountability for internal and external compliance and obligations

- Championing the improvement opportunities related to MDM&S and feeding into the company's benefit

- Promoting continuous learning with a focus on creating a high performance culture within the team

- Supporting company-wide business initiatives such as acquisitions, mergers, divestment, etc by flawless MDM execution

Profile :

- Proven success in leading and managing master data management and / or data management service line

- Accelerate business profitability

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and set up capability centres

- Experience in Consumer/ Health care/ Pharma industries and holistic understanding of all business areas

- Ability to motivate, engage and communicate across the stakeholders

- Deep knowledge of MDM components and tools and its compliance regulations in global organisations

- Ability to accept accountability for both their own actions and those of the team

- Understanding of the barriers to MDM with the proven ability to resolve them.
