- Work experience in delivering operations for Manufacturing (Process, Discrete, Automotive) or E&U (Energy - Oil/Gas, Utilities sectors) customers
- Managing P&L for MLEU Operations (Any one of the above sectors - Manufacturing or E&U)
- Experience in building solution offerings in MLEU (Any one of the above sectors)
- Experience in Solutioning for MLEU (Any one of the above sectors) BPS Deals
- Experience in mining/driving adjacent offerings within existing MLEU BPS clients
- Developing and preparing the storyboard and client deliverables during the sales cycle, develop and agree the approach / blueprint with the management / functional leads and the sales lead
- End-to-end responsibility for conceptualizing and preparing all deliverables required during the sales cycle including thought leadership. Typical deliverables include client presentations, proposals, response to RFP / RFI documents, etc.
- Participation in special / strategic projects from time to time
The role may entail team management of solution architects basis the mettle and experience of the candidate. This invariably would entail team management, deal allocation and overall development of his or her team.
