Support effective implementation of OD, PMS and L&D programs ensuring integration with the company's overall talent management strategy and alignment with business and functional objectives and priorities.
Strategy and Planning :
- Assist OD, PMS and L&D Lead in developing OD and L&D roadmap for SCIL aligned to business objectives
- Support planning of strategic projects in OD, PMS & L&D vertical
Performance Management Systems:
- Support OD, PMS and L&D Lead in driving performance management process across the organization
- Monitor goal setting process and conduct annual audits to ensure quality of goals (SMART Goals)
- Supervise the performance evaluation process; Ensure proper coordination and provide support to Site HR, HR Generalist and functions heads involved in the process
- Facilitate PMS workshops to train employees and drive effective PMS output
- Monitor overall performance management process across locations in order to assure consistency
- Contribute to seamless execution of the annual increments process by providing performance, potential and reward parameters (as applicable) to Compensation team
Learning and Development:
- Support training need analysis process and assist L&D experts in identification of training needs arising out of business needs, succession plans, employee development plans and PMS
- Partner with external vendors, consultants, training organizations to organize training programs and fulfil training and development needs
- Provide support to the HR team ( Site / Generalists Role) on need based training requirements
- Drive collaboration between L&D experts and Talent Acquisition team for smooth execution of new hire onboarding and induction program
Organizational Development:
- Support effective implementation of OD initiatives across the organization, including high potential employee development, Talent planning, Career progression management, Leadership Development and Succession Management
- Assist OD, PMS and L&D Lead in conducting leadership development planning sessions with the identified talent under the guidance of HR Head
Employee Engagement:
- Facilitate and track implementation of the employee engagement survey throughout the organization; Analyze survey output and share it with OD, PMS and L&D Lead
- Devise engagement action plans in consultation with OD, PMS and L&D Lead and HR team members; Conduct periodic reviews and closely monitor implementation of engagement action plans
- Use inputs from various organizational forums, to identify HR interventions that can enhance employee engagement and drive such initiatives as projects
