Role :
- Leads others in consulting, designing and delivering learning. Identifies L&LD opportunities, strategies and solutions that are linked to organizational and business goals with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
- Establishes and maintains partnerships with Business Leaders, L&LD colleagues, GHR, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and vendors to identify and drive results. Manages stakeholder relationships.
- Guides and advises clients on learning consistent with business priorities. Ensures team's integration with key stakeholders and business priorities. Manager role with direct reports.
Mandatory Skills :
- Education - Minimum Graduate.
- Overall experience of 15+ years, with a minimum of 9 years of experience in learning and leadership development.
- Should have prior experience in facilitating behavioral trainings and exposure in developing learning solutions for middle level management.
- Certifications: Psychometric instruments
- Consulting Experience in Learning development and human resources.
- Ability to lead and manage projects independently
