Leadership Role - Information Technology - SAP Supply Chain Modules

Key skill sets and responsibilities : 

1. Detailed knowledge of SAP supply chain modules (IBP, DP, SNP, PPDS, MRP, SD,MM) and SAP ECC.

2. Knowledge of SAP Master Data Management, Finance (FICO) module and Manufacturing modules of SAP will be an added advantage

3. Previous experience in implementing SAP led transformation projects and managing SAP led supply chain in a complex large MNC. Added advantage if having worked in or for FMCG MNCs

4. Knowledge of ITIL framework, work with support team to drive improvements, incident reduction, problem ticket resolution

5. Working with business to identify enhancements delivering business value and finalizing Change Requests along with business case, taking them through approval process with global IT and SCM stakeholders

6. Experience in non SAP supply chain solutions like OTM, WMS, factory / manufacturing apps etc

7. Certifications: SAP certification for APO modules, ITIL and preferably CPIM from APICS

8. Ensuring that the IT landscape is resilient, fit for purpose and generates business value on an ongoing basis. Drive down TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) of SAP solution

9. Provide thought leadership on new programs/IT initiatives that can lead to business transformation

10. This organization apart from ensuring that the IT landscape delivers business value BAU would also be responsible for driving the futuristic view of the technology landscape of the firm

11. This organization will be primarily responsible for driving digital transformation withing the company and will be expected to keep adding new technologies to the landscape as applicable basis the latest technology trends, for example

a. Digital supply chain

b. Intelligence in planning

c. Track and Trace

d. Usage of Data Analytics, AI, ML

12. This organization would be expected to keep an external focus and keep abreast with latest technology offerings and on an ongoing basis keep doing technology fit assessment for any business needs (Gartner's hype cycle, magic quadrants for various domains, Deloitte technology trends etc)
