- Create and sustain positive work climate by implementing proactive Employee Relations
- Maintain cordial relations with all the external stakeholders such as Government and administrative officials, local authorities, Gram panchayat etc.
- Participate in collective bargaining process for the long-term wage settlement, as a key member and extend expertise and support
- Responsible for end-to-end disciplinary process, labour grievance handling, conducting HR investigations, departmental enquiries, and disciplinary proceedings
- Responsible for statutory compliance under all applicable labour laws
- Union management and grievances handling
