Position Title: Leadership Role in HR Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Commercial HR Head & Dotted line to Sales Head

Job Purpose Statement - Responsible for managing the Human Resources of Sales and Marketing Function by effective Planning of Manpower, Talent Acquisition including Campus Outreach Program, Talent Management, On-boarding, Competency Assessment and Development, Employee Grievance Redressal as well as Learning Management with the close co-ordination with Central.
Key Responsibilities:
MANPOWER PLANNING, TALENT ACQUISITION, SELCTION, ON-BOARDING
- Manpower Planning of the Sales and Marketing Functions.
- Facilitate for Lateral Recruitment of competent manpower from the best peers' companies
- Translate Employer Branding through Campus outreach program Induction and Integration of the employees through defined training module
- Ensure to prepare and update Job Description of each and every Role
- Development of the Zone / Region wise Organisation Structure and keep them updated as and when - required
TALENT MANAGEMENT
- Implementation of the Performance and Potential Management framework
- Grievance Handling of the employees
- KRA/Goal setting exercise for each employee in line with organizational goal in
SAP Success Factor
- Ensuring Performance Discussion and Feedback to the employees by their respective Managers Multiskilling, Role clarity to job holder, Knowledge sharing with subordinates.
- Implementation of Career Path with defined job rotation module
- Managing Employee's Attrition by regular monitoring and focussing their career planning and developmental needs
- Holding the meeting of the People Committee with the help of Committee Chairperson as per defined frequency or need basis for Elevation of the Employees in the next Roles
- Succession Planning of the Critical Positions and prepare Individual Development Plan.
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
- Development and implementation of a new engagement strategy including Incentive, Retention plan and best practice guidelines as well as supporting critical change programs
- Review the effectiveness of HR Polices /engagement drive
- To organize Refresher Training for Sales and Marketing employees on regular intervals with the help of Central - HR at Satna.
LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
- Implementation of corporate training policy for employee's development
- Ensuring the Training Need Identification process on an Annual Basis
- Provide the support to execute Monthly Training Calendar pertaining to the Sales & Marketing program
- Encouraging the Mentorship program & in-house trainers Development
- Contribute as in-house faculty for developmental programmes.
OFF-BOARDING MANAGEMENT
- Ensure to organize the Exit Interview for all relieving employees
- Also ensuring for smooth exit of the employees
- Data Analysis of Exit cases and corrective action to be taken accordingly by Monthly Review
OTHER COMPLIANCES
- Managing Off-Role employees
- Statutory Compliances
- Organizing Monthly Management Review Meeting on monthly basis along with Marketing HR team
