Position Name : HR Leadership Role
Location : Orissa
Key Responsibilities :
- Heading HR, Industrial Relations for the manufacturing set-up.
- To develop Performance driven culture by monitoring and improving Site Score Cards.
- Implement and drive HR Programs /projects across plant to drive the Performance Management System (KRA) for the sites and facilitate annual goal setting workshop.
- Organize Employee Satisfaction Survey, Employee Communication Meetings, Employee awards and various employee engagement activities.
- Develop a Learning culture and should be able to work with L&D team to prepare training matrix and develop methods to measure training effectiveness.
- Manage end to end HR Operations for the site.
- Responsible for implementation of HR Processes and policies and its compliance.
- Partnering with business stakeholders for amicable solutions on people issues and handles their queries and grievances.
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management of the business unit regarding key organizational and management issues
- Ensuring Industrial peace and harmony by proactive IR approach.
- Grievance handling and employee counselling. Involving in Charter of Demand meetings, Negotiation with Union, signing of LTA.
- Administration and management of all compliance procedures under various Factories Act, ID act, MW Act, Bonus Act & Labor laws etc.
