Leadership Role/Head - Regulatory Compliance - BFSI

- The position is to oversee the implementation of the vision, strategy, and leadership for compliance within the organization

- To identify and manage the compliance risk across the organization, in consultation with the Chief Compliance Officer

- Responsible for driving the strategy for compliance across the bank

- Build constructive and effective stakeholder relationships

- Analyze and interpret complex and varied information to generate insights.

- Establish and maintain best in class compliance culture across the bank.

- Partner with the business teams to make decisions based on the knowledge and interpretation of regulatory guidelines
