Leadership Role - Financial Reporting - BFSI/KPO

- The Candidate will be responsible for establishing and running the GSIB Financial reporting Process at Finance.

- The Candidate would be expected to establish the relevant Control and Governance Framework for effective running of the Process.

- The candidate would be responsible for the initial setup of the team including hiring & training of the required resources build end to end understanding and interpretation of the reporting requirements and to execute the project for building & establishing the Process with the necessary KPIs.

- Will have end to end responsibility for Quarterly Consolidated GSIB reporting wef Q1 2018 which includes Consolidation of base entity data, Reconciliation with Big Data, Proportionate consolidation of Associates, data Assurance and Analytical review and final Submission to Regulatory authority.

- Will be responsible for successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and implementation of all monthly and quarterly reporting activities for the Group including Consolidation, Data Assurance, Variance Analysis and production and Submission of GSIB Reporting tables.
