Responsibilities
- Work with a team of high-performing business partner teams in Marketing/Sales/Operations to unearth data driven insights to improve processes
- Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured data; develop machine learning models to drive value and customer success
- Create and maintain insightful automated dashboards and data visualization to track core metrics and extract useful business insights
- Develop stories and presentations to effectively communicates complex analytics and recommend actions
- Be thought partner to cross-functional business partners, and evangelize data-driven business decisions
Qualifications / Experience
- Master's degree in a Quantitative discipline, related field or equivalent practical experience
- Experience applying statistical and quantitative modelling to Sales and Marketing topics, in B2B settings
- Experience working with Machine Learning and statistical data analysis (a/b tests, hypothesis testing, experiment setting, etc.)
- Experience with statistical software and packages and database languages (e.g. R, MATLAB, and SQL)
