Leadership Role - Corporate Finance Advisor

Job Description :

- The person will facilitate mergers and acquisitions of other companies.

- He will often work for large investment banks or corporate advisory firms.

- He will deal with the area of finance dealing with the sources of funding and the capital structure of corporations, the actions that managers take to increase the value of the firm to the shareholders, and the tools and analysis used to allocate financial resources.

- Advising about how to meet targets and create investment capital

- Generating finance from shares and loans

- Gathering, analysing and interpreting complicated numerical information

- Using financial modelling to predict outcomes

- Providing investment advice, tactics and recommendations

Education :

- Bachelor Degree in finance or related field

- MBA in Finance
