Leadership Role - Compliance - BFSI

Our client is one of the leading Indian online commodity trading government companies which is directly owned by Ministry of Finance. They are looking for candidates at leadership level for Compliance - Enforcement/Internal Audit team.

Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Monitor periodic submissions to the inspection department.

- Monitoring and controlling the Exchange Audit of members.

- Periodic reporting to SEBI, Board, or internal committees.

- Provide input in inter Exchange or SEBI meetings on ATR/policy changes.

- Ensuring automation of processes, implementation of SEBI/Exchange circular/guidelines.

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- 8-12 years of experience post qualification.

- Tertiary Qualification: Hold a CA or MBA qualification.

- Knowledge and understanding of Exchange ecosystem and operations.

- Understanding of all the member related regulations, rules, and laws.
