Role Description:- Develop and administer all comp & ben initiatives and provide support to all business lines, ensure business growth through directing and managing business operations activities and deliver in accordance with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
Heading Compensation and Benefits:
- Accountable for end to end Compensation and benefits, HR Operations along with managing Reporting & Analytics
- Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc)
- Demonstrated experience driving processes improvements and development of specific skills, Strong project management skills; ability to lead projects, to influence and obtain buy-in, and then drive execution and achievement of the right results
- Act as a Compensation & Benefits Leader to internal - businesses and Business Leaders
- Job mapping and Benchmarking
- Supervise and implement the organisational changes
- Coordination with appraisal process
- Providing compensation fitments and offer recommendation
- Responsible for India Annual Increments and pay-outs as per guidelines set and analyzing budget verses Actual Pay-out.
- Evaluation of C&B processes and policies to ensure they are current, competitive and in compliance with legal and local rules and regulations
- Analyse Market Data from Compensation & Benchmarking Surveys and recommendations on Compensation Structure, Salary, and Internal Parity Vs Market Competitiveness
- Preparation and presentation of functional activities to CxO & Board.
