Role - Collateral Management

Years of exp - 7 - 14 yrs (Max)

Location - Mumbai

Job Description :

- Collateral Margin Agreement with counter-parties

- Collateral dispute management / Collateral settlement (Must)

- Strong understanding of financial products like Equity, Fixed Income, OTC, Repo, Futures, CFD, FX, and NDF.

- Strong understanding of Prime Brokerage, Inter-Fund Lending, and Securities lending business

- Various Regulatory reporting

- Conduct product/process functional review

- Counter-parties, Broker and custodian performance review

- Lead collateral strategic initiatives

- Lead Robotics initiatives within collateral space

- Mailbox management

- Daily KPI and collateral metrics reporting

- Candidate should be flexible to work in shifts

Qualification :

- 7+ years Financial Service industry experience

- Have the ability to work independently and to proactively seek guidance from others as needed.

- Strong team player

- Partners well with peers, subordinates, managers, and LOB and functional partners

- Capability to manage and handle escalations by liaising with the internal & external stakeholders of the business.
