- Proven experience in Early Careers/ University Relations/ Campus Recruitment/ Talent Marketing/ recruitment marketing (professional and early career).
- Developing and implementing strategies and programs to attract and hire top talent from universities and colleges.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as faculty, career services, student organizations, and alumni.
- Demonstrable ability to invest wisely and establish KPIs that demonstrate business and a strong return on the investment of resources, as well as the opportunity to monitor, adjust and improve.
- Expertise in digital marketing channels (such as social media)- eg Linkedin, Glassdoor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate marketing strategies, vision, and goals to stakeholders across the organization.
- Strong analytical skills, experience using data and insights to understand effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative and able to work with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.
