Job description
Responsible for the successful execution of cross-LOB, enterprise-wide process design and re-engineering initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign.
Lead improvement approaches within businesses and across lines of businesses, customer focused to understanding business processes and workflow through entity and identify and help prioritize new initiatives to drive business strategy, mitigate potential risks and control gaps, financial return, and/or positive customer impact
Lead a team of senior business process consultants who support other lines of business process engineering teams and/or LOB process improvement initiatives.
Manage individuals and matrix teams focused on improving business processes and operations.
Provide leadership on the development and advancement of our common enterprise Operational and Process Excellence framework, methods, techniques, tools, training, and language. Including the development of new process improvement techniques and services.
Lead collaboration and partnering opportunities with other enterprise programs or initiatives to help advance the goals of those efforts while advancing the culture of operational excellence.
Provide guidelines on metrics to determine productivity, quality, time to market, etc. Collate these across teams, report the same to stakeholders.
Qualification
Relevant years of experience in Business Transformation / Operational Excellence / Quality & Efficiency, Focus in Banking / Third Party Service Company.
Good inter-personal and communication skills.
Strong background in complex business processes and verticals
Self-driven, proactive and process oriented
People Management
Strong analytical, mediation and problem resolution skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
