Business Development Manager (Leadership role)

- Creating proposal to prospective costumer for facilities at the Park, including Pulping and IQF lines, storages etc.

- Making Proposals to prospective food processing businesses for leasing land and ready build factories to set up a unit in Park.

- Responsible for the various approvals and compliances required to setup a food processing unit.

- Analyzing data to remain aligned with the latest trends in the markets for positioning the relevant products

- Responsible for managing relationship with Central and State government agencies

- Participating in relevant central and state government forums

- Managing relationship with KIADB, KUM and other important government bodies

- Maintaining and managing MIS / regular updates to the government agencies

- Close the agreements for Land and Ready build factory lease.

- Price Negotiation and final pricing for the Facility utilization

- Pricing for Land / Ready Factory Lease rental.
