Brief Job Description:

1. Management of Bank Reconciliation for Collection, Disbursement, EPU, Treasury & Insurance. This also includes reconciliation/proofing of Suspense Accounts.

2. Management of the Smart Desk Unit that handles Customer and Branch queries where system edits/changes are required to be done, Refund Issuances (EMI, TDS, Insurance), issuance of NOC/NDL, CIBIL rectifications, etc.

3. Management of the Expense Processing Unit and Fixed Assets accounting and system maintenances.

4. Automation of Operations processes using Excel Macros, RPA (Automation Anywhere, Visual Studio modules), Windows Forms modules using Visual Studio and MySQL

Required Skills :

- Strong execution skills in a multi-tasking mode, including the ability to delegate

- Strong Focus on Risk & Controls

- Good consumer Loans product knowledge, processing, control mechanisms, Accounting Principles and Technology savvy

- Thorough knowledge of Banking, Accountancy, Operational Risk & Risk/Audit Reviews, Backend Operations Process

- Should be able to re-invent / re-engineer processes/process enrichment
