Role :

- The activities to be performed will predominantly be for process driven work streams that provide inputs for the creation, production and maintenance of documentation: fund prospectuses, fact-sheets and regulatory documents.

- The purpose of this role is to set-up and lead the Product Support function.

- Suggest ideas and contribute to implementing actions that will improve customer service, quality or the way teams and individuals work together.

- Responsible for recruitment, training and ongoing management of the members of the Function.

- Continuously monitor and gather information to assess potential impacts and identify possible risks and opportunities for the business.

- Apply policies, procedures, practices and standards to their allocated tasks, taking responsibility for their own actions, to ensure the achievement of high levels of quality, effective risk Management, Internal Control, Audits, Compliance and regulatory Norms

Qualifications:

- Candidate should have extensive experience of working within the Asset Management Industry. A significant portion of the experience should be working with mutual funds, ideally with a Product Management or Operations focus.

- Should have an analytical mindset, and be able to demonstrate good quantitative skills including advanced Excel and at least intermediate Microsoft Access, and knowledge of databases and tools such as Lipper, Morningstar Direct, Bloomberg etc.

- Team management experience of at least 5+ years is a requirement. (Must)

- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

- Capable of working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple projects with tight time-lines.
