Job Description - To provide a wide range of leadership, management & professional skills development and learning interventions to employees across the organization. To design, develop and deliver impeccable and immersive learning programs that specifically address the needs of our stakeholders

Description :

- Formulating a robust L&OD Strategy, to include need-based development programs and interventions to enhance organizational capabilities that focus on both long-term and immediate needs

- Quality the requests for learning interventions through learning needs Identification & Formulation. Work with business leaders and managers to identify and classify capability needs and trends within the business



- Assess and identify organizational, departmental, and individual development requirements



- Design, develop and deliver outcome-based learning solutions. Garner best practices from different organizations and interact with experts from the industry



- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of strategies, projects and programs for successful implementation and results



- Manage the planning, design, and implementation / delivery of all learning and development requirements



- Constantly seek innovative and technologically advanced methods of delivering learning



- Ensure constant feedback & coaching to the team to upscale the performance of the team and the team members



- Facilitate and administer courses and programs that support interactive and practical application



- Create an evaluation strategy based on the needs of the stakeholders, leveraging qualitative and quantitative measures



- Improvisation through implementation the feedback received from different stakeholders and take necessary steps in the process



- Influence the desired culture in the organization through various interventions


Profile :

- Minimum 12 years of experience in learning & organization development, facilitation and learning based project management

- Exposure of creating end to end learning frameworks and measuring learning effectiveness



- Team Management skills



- Project Management



- Content design



- Exposure to simulation-based learning
