Leadership Hiring :

1) End-to-end recruitment process for leadership level

2) Stakeholder management

3) Performing ground level research which includes both primary and secondary research along with industry mapping.

4) Design and implement overall recruiting strategy

5) Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

6) Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives

7) Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc

8) Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
