- Responsible for recruitment of all business critical positions, working closely with the CHRO / CXO office
- Cost effective strategic sourcing through LinkedIn, Job Portals, Market Research, internal references and candidate references
- Liaise with business heads & HR Leaders for creating a pool of qualified candidates for pro-active pipeline of hi-pot employees
- Effectively managing the entire recruitment cycle including candidate evaluation, offer negotiation, smooth on-boarding and candidate experience
- Lead internal & external audits for all hiring. Ensured 100% compliance for all processes in lateral & contract hiring
