Leadership Facilitator / Regional Facilitator Development Champion
Reports to: Country / Regional Head, Learning Academy

Grade: 5
Role Purpose: - Raise facilitation capability in Country and build a pipeline of facilitators for key EMD products.
- Maintain standards and governance of facilitation for line trainers
- Create bespoke/customized learning solutions in collaboration with HRBPs to support business needs, particularly for new leaders.
- To own delivery of a range of learning products in the country / region.
Key Outcomes: Coaching and Consulting
- Coach facilitators to progress on the certification path from CORE- Advanced - Expert. Analyze the development needs of facilitators. Design, deliver and measure the effectiveness of development initiatives for facilitators. Define Certification paths, as required. Expert level facilitators to certify Core / Advanced.
- Conduct introductory and advance coaching workshops for Learning Academy facilitators, HRBPs and business managers.
- Advocate for coaching and learning in people forums, learning council and HRMG
- Conduct Strength Coaching for employees/IGs
- Conduct Leadership Coaching for leaders (B3/4/5)
- Helping facilitators step up and be consultants to the Business
Classroom Learning Delivery and Facilitation:
- Deliver Executive Management and Development (EMD) agenda as part of the development proposition for business in India and SA. Be the Master Facilitator for Leadership Essentials, Great Manager Program and Leading for Performance
- Support facilitation of EMD programs in other key markets like US, UAE, Singapore and Africa.
- Facilitate Professional Development courses e.g Effective Interviewing; How to be an Impactful Presenter; Unleash Your Personal Potential
- Team Effectiveness Workshops (TEW) for business teams and New Leader Assimilation for new leaders e.g. MD of Transaction Banking in Bangladesh, OCC team in South Asia, Leverage Finance in South Asia,
- Conduct Career Development Workshops for H4's and develop / deliver tools to support line managers in having career discussions
- Work with HRMG to design and facilitate discussions to support change management
LA Facilitator & Line Trainer Development / Governance of Facilitation Standards in South Asia
- Participate in group facilitator development champion's muster to contribute to new group learning initiatives
- Educate and influence LA team and stakeholders on using the Group Facilitation Standards framework.
- Observe line trainers and provide the necessary support (including Train the Facilitator) to optimise learner engagement and transfer of learning
- Active promotion and communication about learning tools, products, and processes to educate, excite, and build commitment to the TLC agenda
- Cultivate and maintain a network of leading learning practitioners for integrating industry best practices in our ways of working
- Maintain and contribute to team sharepoint
4. Program Management
- Understand Group EMD initiatives and local requirements in rolling out new programs. This includes liaising with EMD, leveraging experience from Regional Academies in other countries
- Help in planning identification of the right nominees for EMD programs to ensure optimum utilization
- Conduct targeted learning evaluation (level 2,3,4) for new programs
- Develop and implement post course solutions to maximise transfer of learning to the workplace.
- Specialist consultation with business sponsors to diagnose development needs, design and deliver learning solutions aligned to specific needs e.g. TEWs
