HR Leadership Development 8-12 yrs exp
- Looking for Post graduate in HR, education, psychology, sociology, instructional design etc. & Certification in facilitation/ Instructional Design preferred with 10-12 years of experience with a minimum of 8 years of relevant exp in Leadership Development.
Scope of Role:
- Support the Head : OD, L&D in driving effective change in people processes by designing, developing and deploying structured leadership learning frameworks to enhance overall business performance.
- Leader Development : planned as well as ad-hoc interventions, as required by the business.
- Leadership Development framework : planned, holistic short term and long term initiatives
Target group is HR Consulting firms Indian/ Mnc, Top 4 Consulting firms or Branded Companies
