Leader/VP - Digital Implementation - BPO/IT/KPO

There is an excellent opportunity for Digital Implementation Leader for Gurgaon / Hyderabad / Bangalore location.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Own the implementation end to end with a client covering business requirements, process changes, interface definitions, data testing, Q&A all the way to Go Live.

- Critical profile in terms of presence and maturity, since a lot of the role is also driving change leadership around ask/gives and change management processes and economic value realizations.

- Client facing (like a GOL for the duration of that implementation) and rotates through the large deployments (complex and large)

- Ability and ownership to build tailor made tech BPM solutions for F&A processes .

- To be able to architect a full end to end solution specific to client needs - should have understanding of how process, technology and analytics can be leveraged to address client needs.

- Partner with best of breed technology vendors in F&A Services to launch new service offerings

- To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients along the F&A spectrum to help them raise their performance to new heights.

- Contribute to developing and executing on the domestic and global strategy

- Focus on market development, unique execution frameworks, bundling of technology & process to accelerate strategy execution

- Work with the Key Stake holders at the Prospect's end and advisors to the deals if any.

Essential :

- MBA / CA / CPA with 15-18 years domain experience + consulting experience

- Prior solutioning and consulting experience

- Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace

- Project Management Skills

- Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
