Responsibilities:
The HR Transition Manager is responsible for management and execution of the HR solutions. This is a client facing role and is a core member of the deal Transition team. This role is responsible for overall project management and direction for transition and integration activities, and depending on scope may oversee activities for one or more business units, countries, or geographies.
- Will be involved in end to end transitions- right from creating the transition framework, KT- s, process flows, documentation, resource mobilization- till the migrations & implementation stage.
- Will be responsible for Request for Change- consult with leaders about possible implications of proposed changes at Global level.
- Involved in end to end transitions - upgrading to new software/ changes to existing systems/ M&A- s
- Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels, geographies and to work with unison with marketing, finance, HR, IT, Operations, Product teams to help implement changes.
- Educate customers, stakeholders on updates, improvements / changes
Requirement:
- 15+ years of experience with a post graduate degree in HR transitions from services industry.
