Job Description :

- Provide leadership for the development and implementation of training strategies, programs and processes to support the business.

- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute short, and long-term training and learning objectives that develop skills, enhance productivity and quality of work.

Description :

- Provide leadership for the development and implementation of training strategies, programs and processes to support the business.

- Collaborate with leadership team to develop and execute short, and long-term training and learning objectives that develop skills, enhance productivity and quality of work.

- Please note that this role requires the ability to work night shifts (North American timings, preferably 6 PM to 3 AM IST)

Profile :

- MBA in in HR with 10+ years of training and development experience, including 4+ years in a corporate training leadership role

- Proven track record in defining training program, design, facilitation and evaluation for both IT/technical and non-technical roles, preferably in a high tech/SaaS environment

- Previous experience working for a US based company is a plus

- Ability to work night shifts (North American timings, preferably 6 PM to 3 AM IST)
