Responsibilities and Duties :
1. Overall architecture - ensure coherence of system with pragmatism; make key HLD choices (languages, data stores, division of responsibilities between components).
2. Individual contribution - personally contributes to design, code-reviews and code.
3. Project management - can coordinate a team to get things delivered on time.
4. Mentorship - Help fellow engineers get better at designing, making tech decisions and tradeoffs by leading by example and giving direct feedback.
5. Leadership - leads hiring and building the eng team, mentorship, key participant in all business decisions.
Experience : 7 - 15 years.
