Leader - Talent Acquisition - (Global Role)
What does the role entail :
- The incumbent would be a part of the Central TA team & own the hiring for the Technical Instructors for US & other locations
- Manage end to end recruitment process by contributing individually & by managing a team
- Develop strategies that meet anticipated staffing needs for senior/niche requisitions.
- Prepare the most effective Sourcing approach and plan based on the final requirement including Sourcing platforms, Acquisition pitch, Acquisition funnel, etc.
- Strong relationship and consultative skills with candidates, hiring managers and key business partners, with the ability to influence, inform and negotiate
- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and have a strong network of potential candidates for niche roles
What would excite us :
Ideally :
- 10+ years of extensive experience in Technology hiring, with at least 3 years in managing team(s).
- Experience with leading Product organisations is a must.
- If you carry experience handling acquisition for the US, we like you already!
