Head TA + TM
About the Client : Leading Retail Solutions MNC
Key Focus Areas for the role :
Taking care of complete gamut of activities pertaining to Talent Acquisition and Talent Management across the organisation and reporting into HR Head:
- Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, creating JDs, market intelligence, identifying right vendors, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding and employer branding
- Analyzing the needs and the requirements in the Business Units and accomplish the Quality hiring in time
- Responsible for Senior Leadership Hiring and Blue Collared Hiring
- Assess current and future staffing needs against the business strategy and develop / oversee implementation of appropriate talent acquisition strategies/plans
- Create, organize, and implement new and enhanced recruiting and selection processes / tools to drive efficiency and improve quality of hires
- Develop and oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract talent from non-traditional and/or diverse talent pools
- Establish and publish critical talent acquisition metrics that measure the quality, efficiency, and overall cost of staffing
- Design and Implement Talent Management initiatives such as Talent Reviews, MDPs, Succession Planning etc
Skill Sets we are looking for :
- 7 to 10 years of experience in TA & TM
- The candidate should have well rounded experience in managing TA and TM process end to end
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills
