About the role :
The person will be leading the entire recruitment process in India & South Asia region. The role involves Liaising with relevant business stakeholders and HR teams, and also ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of quality recruitment solutions for all professional openings.
Location : Delhi/NCR
Key responsibilities includes :
- To drive operation excellence for TA metrics on various parameters (e.g. quality, TAT, diversity, cost perspectives etc) and build a high-performing TA function in the Region.
- Identify and implement creative and cost effective ways of sourcing candidates through various sources.
- Responsible for all campus recruitment processes, prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview processes, driving the campus hiring for all the functions in India and accountable for effective talent management for the early talent program.
- Employer branding focused approach and awareness.
