We are handling an exiting opportunity for seasoned Talent Acquisition (TA) leader for leading recruiting teams for the India Consumer business.
- The TA leader would own recruiting across multiple organizations in India and be involved in creating talent strategies to help us hire top talent.
- We need a seasoned recruiting leader who can build overall TA strategy for the constituent orgs and partner with various stakeholders to help scale the businesses in the complex business environment.
- The right leadership candidate must be able to effectively provide thought leadership, set benchmarks, analyze data/metrics, and understand how to prioritize to meet the customer needs.
- The Senior Leader will draw upon extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
- S/he will have a reputation for being exceptional at building market intelligence, leading client/account management, prioritization, and understanding the value of providing exceptional recruiting services that scale.
- Strong experience in Tech/Non Tech Hiring with minimum 14 to 18 years experience from reputed Institute.
