Title : Talent Acquisition Leader

Job Description :

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Leader, your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the talent acquisition function within the organization.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the talent strategy, identifying and addressing key pain points, and ensuring the overall success of the team. The following qualities and abilities are essential for this leadership role :

- Contribution Motivated Working Mindset: Demonstrate a strong drive to contribute to the success of the organization and motivate others to do the same.

- Setting Others up for Success: Foster an environment that enables team members to excel and achieve their full potential. Provide guidance, support, and resources to ensure their success.

- Empathy: Display empathy towards team members, candidates, and stakeholders. Understand their perspectives, needs, and concerns, and act accordingly.

- Integrity: Uphold high ethical standards, honesty, and transparency in all interactions and decision-making processes.

- Uncompromising Governance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Uphold the highest standards of fairness, equity, and accountability.

- Stewardship: Take responsibility for the long-term success of the talent acquisition function. Act as a custodian of resources and make informed decisions to drive sustainable growth.

- Knowledge: Continuously seek knowledge and stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Apply this knowledge to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

- Principle-Based Selection (Management): Adhere to principle-based selection practices when hiring and promoting talent. Make objective and fair decisions based on merit and alignment with organizational values.

In addition to the above qualities, we are looking for the following leadership abilities :

- Ability to See the Big Picture: Have a holistic understanding of the organization's goals, strategies, and challenges. Align talent acquisition initiatives with the broader business objectives.

- Ability to Identify Key Pain Points: Identify critical areas of improvement within the talent acquisition process and develop effective solutions to address them.

- Ability to Have Achievable Game Plans: Create actionable and realistic plans to achieve talent acquisition objectives. Set clear goals, timelines, and metrics to measure success.

- Ability to Gain Trust/Credibility for the Seat at the Table: Build trust and establish credibility with key stakeholders, including senior leaders. Contribute valuable insights and recommendations to influence decision-making processes.

- Ability to Lead 80%, Managing 20%: Focus primarily on leading and empowering the team, while allocating a smaller portion of your time to managerial tasks and operational responsibilities.

- Convincing Leader Capabilities in the View of Your Team Members: Inspire and motivate team members through effective leadership. Gain their trust and respect through clear communication, empathy, and support.

- Ability to Partner with Global Senior Stakeholders: Collaborate with senior stakeholders across global locations. Build strong relationships, understand their requirements, and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.

- Effective Communicator and Listening Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Actively listen to team members, stakeholders, and candidates, and respond appropriately.

- Ability to Uphold Principles/Values and Push Back Constructively: Embrace and embody the principles and values of the organization while challenging the status quo constructively to drive continuous improvement.

- Ability to Navigate Through Ambiguities: Adapt and make decisions in ambiguous and complex situations. Remain calm and composed while finding effective solutions.
