Collaborate with Top Management to Design the Organization Key Focus Areas, conduct Focused group Discussions (FGDs), Organization Health Surveys (OHS / AES) and firm up the action plan to enhance Employee Engagement Index & Performance Enablement Index of the organization and respective functions along with HODs.

Design Platforms & SOPs for standardized Employee Engagement initiatives across India, Health & fun activities across India.
