- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Head to lead the talent acquisition function for our Financial Services Capability Centre in India.

- The role will involve managing the recruitment process for our Technology, Analytics, Finance, and Banking Outsourcing teams, which currently comprises close to 4000 employees and is expanding rapidly.

- As the Talent Acquisition Head, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent, managing a team of 14 recruitment professionals, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.

- You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates, utilizing a range of sourcing channels, and leveraging innovative recruitment practices to identify and engage top talent.

- The successful candidate will have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with significant experience in managing large-scale recruitment operations.

- You will be a strategic thinker, with a strong understanding of the talent landscape in the financial services industry.
