Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support the global sales team in strategic initiatives and help implementing the strategic plan.
- Provide analytics around monitoring market triggers, conducting assessment of market sizing and market share, gathering competitor intelligence.
- Create dashboards/ reports for Senior Leadership consumption.
- Support the development of global sales organization by participating in high profile projects.
- Help drive sales transformation projects working with senior leadership to help improve the global sales function.
Requirements:
- MBA, with 6-8 years work experience, consulting background
- Stakeholder Management
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Understanding of sales operations.
- Business Planning experience with strong analytics skills.
