Leader - Sales Transformation
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Will hunt opportunities to continuously improve the sales processes and drive transformations.
- Will lead a team to drive strategic initiatives for Sales globally.
- Will be responsible to generate insights into drivers of win/loss scenarios, competitors, market sizing and market share analysis.
- Will play a key role in providing thought leadership on Sales reporting and analytics.
- Developing sales strategy and planning blueprint.
Requirements :
- Premier B school graduates with 10 plus years of experience into sales operations, sales planning, sales analytics and sales transformation.
- Strong hands on experience into reporting and analytics tools.
- Global exposure.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
