Sales Leader
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the charge in identifying and acquiring new business opportunities (new logos), focusing on generating revenue and establishing a strong client base in the US market (primary focus).
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate target industries, showcasing our IT services and solutions to prospective clients.
3. Utilize a hunter mentality to actively prospect, engage, and secure partnerships with key decision-makers, ensuring consistent growth in client acquisition.
4. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams like Presales, CTO and Engineering teams to tailor offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry trends.
5. Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
6. Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, with a keen focus on achieving revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, particularly in the US IT services market.
- Proven hunting and new logo acquisition experience
- Experience is large deal nurturing
- Experience in establishing up sales organization
- Avoiding frequent changes of employment between organizations.
- Must be well-versed in U.S. culture.
Location: Remote (India - chennai is preferred, not a mandate for the right candidate )
Travel: Periodic travel to the US is required. valid US visa is preferable
