Sales Acceleration COE Leader
- Set up new COEs globally using standard framework in a replicable manner
- Experience of working with global teams and senior stakeholders
- Hire & Mentor Talent
- Be the custodian for various teams and operate within COE on a common vision
- Ensure Collaboration & Team building across teams
- BCP for Operations
- Build a framework for data security and privacy with the CIO
- Implement strong HR & training practices including career pathing
- Collaborate with Global Teams on growth and Team feedbacks
- Drive Process improvements, Automation and Sale results
Skills & Experience :
- Atleast 15-20 years work experience with proven track record of setting up Delivery centers/COE globally
- Should have managed a delivery center with 200-250 FTEs running shifts
- Preferred experience with large transaction business /BPO/Software business with Managing a Sales process + Customer facing (voice based process), Global business experience
- Must be open to working from Noida
- Strong People Management skills
- Strong driven person with a passion for excellence
