Functional Responsibilities :
- Pack Price Architecture : Lead the development of Consumer & Shopper Pack Price Architecture, driving optimal, insights-based Packs & Prices for each occasion & channel.
- Promotion Strategy : Defining a clear channel & customer promotion strategy, setting the guide rails, identifying the optimal offer, establishing the frequency in order to deliver the targeted Consumer Value, Effectiveness and Profitability.
- Max the Mix : Identify Mix - Drags & Drivers- within the portfolio and provide clear recommendations on the most optimal commercial strategy and game plan to maximize the Mix.
- Trade Terms : Work with Sales Management, Finance and Commercial teams to support building an optimal commercial strategy by customer/channel and by product including customer margins structure and counterparts
- Pricing : Determine annual Pricing rates which is informed by appropriate external & competitive benchmarks
- Provide on the job guidance, stewardship to the delivery teams on all activities listed in the sales shared service catalogue and be personally involved in issue resolution and escalation; insure that the service catalogue for shared services is strictly adhered to
- Actively conduct on-going review of operational services to drive agility and effectiveness
- Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA) with the Remain Co.
- Ensure Sales organization stays connected with business by integrating front and back end services
- Monitor and report teams- performance to key stakeholders
- Focus the team against the speed of execution and quality of service delivery rather than achievement of SLAs
- Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work
- Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes, standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology
- Scale-up operation in-line with business growth, both within existing scope, as well as new areas of opportunity
Key Skills/Experience Required :
- Bachelor's in commerce/business administration/Finance, Master's degree is a plus
- Prior Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company experience required
- Customer management capabilities
- Previous experience as a people leader
- 3+ years development experience related to Data Analytics and Reporting including the usage of relevant tools and software packages.
- Knowledge on cloud-based data analytics platforms
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
- Ability to provide superior customer service
- Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
- Strong use of influencing skills to gain alignment
