Leader - Revenue Growth Management
Executive Hiring is looking for a Leader - Revenue Growth Management for an MNC FMCG, based at Mumbai.
Post Grad / MBA in Marketing from IIM's/XL/MDI/FMS etc. with 6-8 years of work exp. in Beverage /Alco-Beverage/Consulting handling Revenue Growth which includes supporting various teams in aligning and implementing RGM initiatives, driving deployment of RGM Tools and dashboards, and integrating RGM analytics into current ways-of-working.
KRA's :
- Support the RGM Lead and other cross-functional teams in analysing performance across all levers, eg, Pricing, Promotions, Mix Management, Returns and generating relevant insights
- Combine internal & external, financial and non financial data to enable decision making.
- Create, maintain and publish RGM dashboards on a regular basis to highlight performance.
- Maintain consumer prices and pack price architecture records for L'Oreal & competition.
- Evaluate Product Mix at Category, Product, Channel & Customer level and drive improvements.
- Analyse and maintain record of Promotional schemes and ROI by franchise / channel.
- Collaborate with various teams and external agencies to access relevant data, eg financial, sales performance, competitor dynamics.
- Contribute to RGM capabilities building by sharing best practices from Global RGM community with the Indian team and vice versa.
