Key Responsibilities:
- Be a point of contact for the team, clients and the stakeholders - handle the relationship delicately
- Manage the day to day responsibilities of the managing the core team.
- Work to develop and deploy pro-active strategies to deliver products and services to the clients supported by the team.
- Take ownership for execution against defined measures that result in retention and loyalty of clients and associates.
- Provide leadership across internal support organizations to provide cross functional accountability for client retention and loyalty.
- Drive engagement with internal business leaders for client deliveries.
- Coach and mentor to provide continued career development. Identify and manage at risk situations.
Candidate Requirement:
- 12+ years of experience, with 5+ years in team management & relationship management
- Exposure to working in the US Retirement Plans/ 401 K / Defined Benefits / Defined Contribution needed.
Shift timings: 1:00 pm - 10:00pm
