Job Description :
- Identify the hiring needs of each department head and build a strong process.
- Build unique and efficient on boarding processes to achieve smooth culture and technical learning.
- Create an alumni network where ex-employees can engage with each other.
- Align individual goals with organizational goals.
- Ensure that people are constantly adding to their core skill sets and secondary skill sets.
- Facilitate the increase the longevity of each employee in the organization
- Identify and develop leaders that uphold the culture and values of the organization.\Identify opportunities to develop leadership skills within existing leadership.
- Create a process to develop a leadership pipeline within the organization.
- Being a part of the Leadership Team and supporting the functional heads, the Senior Leadership
- Team and the Board of Directors in effective decision making linked to our people.
