- Recruitment Leader will engage with the business / practices and provide the overall strategic direction/support for the delivery / fulfilment of critical and Niche roles in shortest possible time with the right mix of diversity
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Support Business priorities and company mission by providing Talent Acquisition leadership across diverse business, geographic, operational, functional and cultural issues.
- Leverage on his/her superior Market understanding / Vendor Management skills and knowledge to inform and influence recruiting strategy, hiring decisions.
- Managing people, resources and other critical tools to achieve high levels of performance and improve operational effectiveness.
- Utilizing the Employment Brand to effectively market opportunities to external prospects and enhance rapport over the long-term.
- Ensure effective coordination with Resource Management, Practices, Business Units and TA leadership.
- Provide clear direction to team on expectations to drive results.
- Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
- Implementing strategies to achieve quality of hire, Control cost per hire, time to fill and diversity targets.
Experience & Qualifications :
- MBA- Human Resources (Preferred)
- Minimum of 15+ years professional experience in a talent acquisition, talent management or human resources role, including 10+ years in a recruitment role
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive hiring plans with a demonstrated ability to strategically plan and execute large scale initiatives across the organization.
- Experience designing and implementing a state of the art Talent Acquisition Organization
- Candidates should have prior experience in 3rd party vendor management
- Demonstrates influence, accountability and impact in a virtual, matrix, highly interdependent operating model
- Proven leader and developer of people
- Ability to navigate and influence within a complex, matrix organization
