Leader - Process Transformation - Analytics

This role expects the candidate to contribute significantly to the agenda of embedding analytics in the manufacturing vertical and to build the Transformation strategy for customers in this vertical and will be supported by a team of Six Sigma Black Belts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Product managing the design, development and implementation of relevant quality solutions within manufacturing service line.

- Creating Transformation roadmaps for key accounts and stakeholder management.

- Program management of large cluster projects - involving cross-functional teams and multiple project leads (Black / Green Belts) for timely delivery of results.

- Effectively drive Operational Excellence culture within the team and program manage the associated change management initiatives.

- Understanding of the Quality function’s activities

- Manage a team of Black-belts to drive projects.

- Identify and Drive high -impact projects by working closely with stakeholders.

- Apply LEAN, Six Sigma tools/functional knowledge to improve process capability and eliminate defects.

Skills required:

- 8 to 10 years of experience in business transformation for manufacturing clients.

- Managed a team of 5-10 people for more than 2 years.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills.

- Experience or know how of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

- Exposure to product management.

- Working on Delivery side of Analytics.
