Leader - Process Improvement - Lean/Six Sigma

We are currently having openings with a leading firm in Hyderabad for the position of Leader-Process Improvements

- Leading change/continuous improvement initiatives for CPI team

- Ability to demonstrate a track record of developing and implementing high level strategy, working in close collaboration with strategic partners to drive transformational change and service improvement

- Problem / issue identification and resolution, project management, communication and presentation skills for both internal and external audiences

- Excellent people management and leadership skills

- Experience in working with senior leaders to determine organizational needs

- Excellent project management and senior-level facilitation skills

- Inspires others to achieve high standards and adapt to change in order to reach the expectations

- Experience in managing teams, particularly virtual ones
