Job Description - Working with a client looking for a recruitment leader to manage the permanent and RPO staffing business in the country including revenue, strategy, delivery, and aligned functions.

Our client is among the largest and most prominent staffing firms in India, boasting a multi-crore business portfolio. It is a subsidiary of a major group that offers comprehensive HR solutions. They are one of the leaders in the permanent and RPO staffing business in the country.

Description:

- Lead and Manage the business as the P&L owner reporting directly to the group CEO

- Work with a highly capable team of sales, delivery, and other functions to foster the business

- Be the face of the brand and liaison with multinational clients for their requirements

- Collaborate with senior leadership in devising strategies to grow the business in the country

Profile:

- Brings 15+ years of experience in the recruitment industry with a good mix of permanent hiring and RPO practice leadership roles

- P&L leader who has experience of setting up business and generating revenue from scratch for a new business line

- Managed large teams of sales and delivery in the current role with a similar company
